If the Services require you to create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from MyHomeStudio at the number you provided. These messages may include transactional notifications, account alerts, and marketing messages.

You can opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your mobile number through a web form on MyHomeStudio.club and checking the SMS consent box during signup. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided and that you authorize charges from your mobile carrier.
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you re-subscribe. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHomeStudio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
